We, Varna Parisu strive hard to give our customers the best. But unexpected damage or unforeseen factors can lead to return and exchange of your purchases.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• The colour resolution on your screen can change the shade of the product and this reason cannot be considered for exchange or return.
• If the product is delivered damaged or tampered, you should contact us so that we coordinate with the courier team and proceed further. By this we can help you choose another product of same value or refund your money, however, taking the nature of damage into consideration.
• In case of damage, you can return the product so that it reaches us within 5 days from delivery. Products reaching us after 5 days cannot be exchanged.
• Exchange or return of products is possible only if the product is in original saleable state.
• Return or exchange is not possible if there is no price tag on the product, the blouse piece is detached or stitched, the falls or tassel is done, the product is used or is dirty and damaged.
• We will accept return and exchanges with in 5 days of purchase,  once we receive the exchange product, we will deliver the product with in 5-6 working days.
• Orders will be delivered with in 5-6 working days.

CANCELLATION

We would NOT wish to get our orders cancelled by you. But if such a situation arises, the cancellation has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation cannot be done if the order is initiated for shipping (even before 24 hours).

REFUNDS

• Refunds for cancellation will be processed through the same bank account through which the order was made.
• If the product you return, is one of a kind, you can choose another product or get the amount refunded.
• The process of refund will be initiated only after the product couriered by you reaches us in an undamaged and saleable condition.
• once refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount with in 7 working days
